Great Streets Retail Small Business Grant - CLOSED
The Great Streets Retail Small Business Grant is the hallmark grant opportunity for the Great Streets program. The grant is meant for retail small business owners in eligible corridors throughout DC to renovate their storefront to attract new customers and drive profitability. This grant is competitive, and we encourage businesses that have thought out renovating plans to apply for the grant.

Legacy Small Business Recovery Grant - CLOSED
The Legacy Small Business Recovery Grant is for business owners who have been established and in operation in DC for a minimum of 20 years and seeking financial support to continue operations. The business must be located in one of our Great Streets corridors.
DC Locally Made Manufacturing Grant
The DC Locally Made Manufacturing Grant is for qualified small business and real estate developers whose core business aligns with light manufacturing. The grant will support capital or tenant improvements of commercial property with designated industrial use located in a Great Streets corridor.

Small Business Resiliency Fund - Opens in Oct.
The Small Business Resiliency Fund is a $10,000 grant to support business pivots, infrastructure development (e.g. e-commerce platform, digital retail), COVID-19 related marketing expenses, and the purchase of PPE and/or disinfection products for the business.
Small Business Resiliency Administration Grant
The Small Business Resiliency Administration Grant is for fund managers only (i.e. qualified US Department of Treasury certified CDFIs and/or nonprofit CBOs). The selected grantee will provide grant administration for Great Street's Resiliency Fund.
Neighborhood Prosperity Fund
The Neighborhood Prosperity Fund (NPF) supports architectural and engineering costs, construction costs, tenant improvements, or historical preservation building improvements that are located within the boundaries of NPF census tract.
