
The Locally Made Manufacturing Grant program supports local businesses that are located in a Great Streets corridor that engage in light manufacturing, by providing funding for capital or tenant improvements of commercial property with a designated industrial use. This grant is intended to grow the District’s local business economy, bolster manufacturing, and strengthen supply chains within the city.

Great Streets Information and Q&A Session
Join us for a 2-hour open Q&A session where applicants can ask questions and engage in a public discussion about the Great Streets Retail, Emerging Retail Initiative and Locally Made Manufacturing program. The session is open to all interested applicants. Questions raised during the session, along with responses, will be complied and published in an online FAQ document following the event.
