The Minnesota Avenue, NE and SE Great Streets Initiative is a multiple agency effort in the District of Columbia to transform this corridor into thriving and inviting neighborhood center using public actions and tools as needed to leverage private investment.  This corridor is the home to the 227,000sq. ft. DC Department of Employment Services, and with two Metro Stations, it is the hub for a variety of financial institutions, grocery stores, and residential and retail developments.
