The Request for Applications ("RFA") for the FY2017 Great Streets Small Business Grant Program was released on July 28, 2017 ("Grant Program"). Applications for the Grant Program were due at 12:00PM on September 8, 2017

Due to a technical error on Micro-Edge, the District of Columbia grants management system for the Grant Program, DMPED is extending the deadline for the submission of grant applications in response to the RFA to 5:00PM, September 8, 2017, an extension of four hours.

The Departure from the deadline established in the RFA is justified because:

                 a) This deadline has been increased by four hours to accommodate a technical error on the website that has prevented applicants from submitting their applications prior to the previously
                     established deadline.
