Justin Miller has been with Road Map Consulting, LLC (RMC) since May, 2012, and brings to the firm over seven years of national government contracting, account management, sales, and marketing experience. Justin is highly specialized in managing contracts, sales, and marketing efforts both commercially and to the government, with a concentration in federal contracting. At RMC, Justin leverages his expert knowledge in federal procurement to further clients’ business development goals by diversifying company credentials, identifying and obtaining procurement vehicles, administering and maintaining contractual compliances, and creating and implementing new operating procedures and best practices.  For the past 2 years, he has also been volunteering to teach workshops for SCORE’s Washington, DC chapter.

Justin is a graduate of the Swanson School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering. He is also a graduate of both the Miller Heiman and Fred Pryor government sales programs. He is a member in good standing of the National Contract Management Association and is currently pursuing his Certified Federal Contract Manager designation.
